Hey bros, if you're on this page, I'm assuming you're a curious dude, dudette, or anyone else whos interested in who we as Mann's Guide are, and lets just say that you, my good brah, are exactly where you wanna be.
Mann's Guide is a travel and fitness blog ran by three mannly men: Broly Manguy, Roy Dopé, and Joseph "Joey" Hujman. We started this blog to help out bros like you get the gains you wanna see in yourslef, and to visit totally bodacious places around the world. However don't think we're just a bunch of meatheads runnign a crappy ego boosting podcast like some people, despite our name and how we look we're also some pretty smart cookies brah, and we all graduated in the same place we formed this blog: UC Davis, which is partially why you're seeing this website here bros, cause I have a master's degree in the computer sciences dude.
As I said before, we all went to UC Davis, but what inspired us to start this blog in the first place dudes? Well, to answer your question, over summer break of our first year here, we decided it might be pretty helpful to some dudes out there to make a blog centered around fitness for everyone, and thats exactly what we did. Several years ago Mann's Guide started off as a way to teach beginners how to pump iron all the way up to an advanced level, and we posted guides every day of summer break on where to get the proper suplies and how to start working out anywhere from home to the gym.
Later on, Roy went across the sea to England to study abroad, and while he was there he had a whole chunk of fun exploring around and finding whatever good stuff he could, which made us realize that maybe we could also start up a travel guide, teaching you dudes out there how to get some good gains elsewhere in the world. This part of our guide started of strictly in Great Britain, as we couldn't go anywhere else with the resources we had, but despite that you bros out there absolutely loved it, and so from then on we now do fitness and travel.
Broly Manguy is a super bodacious brah from SoCal, who loves shredding the gnar as much as he loves lifting and exotic locals, he graduated from UC Davis in 2019 with his masters in computer science, and is the reason why this site looks as radical as it does today. Alongside all these he's a feminist and big fan of equality, cause he believes everyone should be able to lift, no matter who you are. Despite his tough and masculine exterior, he's quite the softie when it comes to people he cares about. Some may call it gap moe, but he just calls it "being a cool dude, unafraid to be himself."
Roy Dopé is the more travel savvy of the group, being the first one to start off the travel section of Mann's Guide, and graduated with a Doctorate in _ from UC Davis in 2019. His travels started at a young age, immigrating from France, then moving around from place to place in America during Middle school, he's always had a knack for exploring and reviews. All in all, he's a pretty chill dude who knows when and where you can get the best gains while having a happy life brah.
I'm a normal human who went to college and study humanitary things, even getting interested in fitness and anthropology. Getting my degree in such, I then began traveling with the rest of my fellow bros and loving the life of freedom. The smooth taste of a nice cold water while watching the tides rise and lower, an amazing life for me and my best of buddies. I adore to lift but also enjoy the music to go with it. UC Davis for life! I love teaching gains and helping my bros with whatever they need. Overall, I'd like to say I'm a chill and completely normal human who loves to do human things with my fellow humans. Humans!
Congratulations, you've found the data science project of Bryan N. Maxwell P. and Nathan C. We hope you enjoyed it :D
